About this site
Our mission
This is a nonprofit fan archive maintained by hobbyists in their spare time, dedicated to the Famicom classic Sangokushi II: Haou no Tairiku (NAMCO, released June 10, 1992 — known across China as “Ba Wang De Da Lu”). We collect, organize and present the community ROM hacks built around the game — a nostalgic home for veterans and a smooth on-ramp for newcomers. No ads, no fees, no commercial intent.
Copyright & disclaimers
This site offers in-browser play and IPS patch downloads; complete ROM files are never provided. The game and its original code are © NAMCO / Bandai Namco Entertainment, and each hack is the work of its fan author. This site exists purely for nonprofit preservation and display — contact us for prompt removal of anything infringing. Patch files contain only the diff data of fan-made changes and no copyrighted original content.
- No complete ROMs are ever distributed: in-browser play loads the game file only at runtime, and downloads are limited to IPS patches, which require your own Japanese original ROM to be of any use.
- Each hack is the work of its fan author and is always credited.
- If you are an author who prefers not to be listed, spot an error, or believe something infringes your rights, contact us and we will remove or correct it promptly.
How to play
Pick whichever of the three suits you:
- ① Play right in the browser (recommended, nothing to download): pick any entry from the hack list, press “Play Now” on its detail page — one click, no files, no ROM needed.
- ② Download the IPS patch + your own Japanese original ROM: grab the patch from the detail page, open Flips (Floating IPS — search GitHub for “Flips releases”), choose “Apply patch”, select the patch and your original ROM (SHA-1 69A6DC8D…7445, No-Intro verified), export the patched .nes and open it in Mesen, FCEUX or any NES emulator.
- ③ Mobile works too: the browser player runs on phones with automatic touch controls — landscape is best.
In-browser play loads ~0.5–1 MB in a few seconds; progress and saves stay in your browser (clearing browser data will delete them).
Contact
Contact channels are being prepared (placeholder): an email address and a submission inbox for hack authors will be announced soon. In the meantime, feel free to reach us via the GitHub repository's issue tracker for submissions, corrections or feedback.
